Our E6-B has two sides. The calculator side is used to work problems involving time, distance, speed, fuel consumption, true airspeed, nautucal to statue conversions, off-course corrections, altitude, and multiplication & division. The wind side is used to determine the effect of wind, ground speed, true heading and unknown wind variables.
 
The E6-B Metal Flight Computer is a standard mechanical flight computer designed to be more durable than plastic versions,so can tolerate all sorts of abuse with minimal damage!
